Parent mobile app — EduSchool Parent
In the iOS and Android app parents look up their child’s entry and exit times, the day’s grades, the timetable and the contract balance themselves. Payment happens in the same place.
In a private school a large share of the front desk’s day goes to the same three questions: did my child get to school, what grade did they get today, how much is still owed. Answering each one means someone opening the register or calling accounting.
EduSchool Parent removes all three: the answer sits on the parent’s phone in real time. For the school that is dozens of fewer calls a day; for the parent it is knowing without having to ask.
What parents see in the app
The home screen is built around today: what time the child entered and left the building, which grades came in, what lessons are on tomorrow. All of it arrives from the school system in real time — no report needs preparing.
Going deeper opens performance by term, attendance history, homework, behaviour incidents and the coin balance. Parents can look as closely as they want, but are never required to.
- Attendance — exact entry and exit times from the turnstile
- Grades and performance — by subject and by term
- Contract balance, payment plan and outstanding debt
- Timetable — today and the week ahead
- Behaviour incidents and coin balance
- Announcements, surveys and certificates
Paying without leaving the app
Parents pay the contract directly in the app through Payme, Click, Atmos or Multicard. Incoming money attaches to the student’s balance automatically and closes the right month’s debt — no cashier involved.
The practical result is simple: payments arrive sooner. Nobody has to travel to the cash desk or hunt for bank details, and the outstanding amount stays in plain view.
Messaging the school
The app carries real-time chat with a school moderator and with teachers: file sharing, complaints, questions. An unread counter means a message does not sit unanswered.
This beats a phone call on two counts: the conversation history is kept, and it is clear who owes a reply. For the school it also helps in disputes — what was actually said stays on record.
Automatic SMS for parents who do not open the app
Not every parent will install an app, and that has to be accepted. So important events also go out by SMS — through Eskiz.uz or PlayMobile, from the school’s own provider account.
The SMS scenarios are configurable: the school decides which event triggers a message, to whom, and with what wording. The channel ends up doubled, and nobody is left uninformed.
- Entry and exit through the turnstile
- A missed lesson — excused or unexcused
- A payment received
- Debt reminders — threshold configurable
- Birthdays and behaviour notices
What changes for the school
The first result is fewer phone calls. The second is payment discipline: when the balance is visible and clearing it takes three taps, late payments drop.
The third is trust. Parents not having to ask, with everything open, works in the school’s favour reputationally — and that shows most during admissions.
The technical side
The app is available for iOS and Android. No separate account is needed — parents sign in with the phone number held in the school system, and their children are linked automatically. Several children switch inside the app.
No separate setup is required from the school: if the student database is in the system, the app works. It is included in the school’s plan, with no extra charge per parent.
How to get parents onto the app
Technically the app works from day one, but moving parents onto it is a separate job. What works best in practice is showing it on screen at the first parents’ meeting and helping people install it right there. Most parents will not go looking for the app themselves, but they keep it once it has been shown to them.
The second effective route is payment. If the debt reminder SMS carries a link to the app, the parent goes in to pay and stays. The third is the class teacher moving to chat: if the conversation happens only in the app, parents follow it there.
- Demonstrate at the meeting and install on the spot
- Put an app link inside the SMS
- Move class-teacher conversations into the app chat
- For those who never install it, the SMS channel stays open

Frequently asked questions
- Is the app billed separately?
- No, it is part of the school’s plan. There is no extra charge based on the number of parents or students.
- How does a parent sign in?
- With the phone number registered in the school system. No separate login is created, and children are linked automatically.
- What if a parent has several children?
- All children are linked to one account and switch inside the app with a single tap.
- What happens if a parent changes phone?
- The account is tied to the number — they sign in on the new device with the same number and the data stays put.
- What about parents who never install the app?
- They receive automatic SMS on important events. The app is not mandatory, but with it there is considerably more information.
